Abstract
It all boils down to how quickly a computer can complete an operation in terms of processing power. Within any device’s CPU is an electronic clock. The clock's job is to create a series of electrical pulses at regular intervals. This allows the computer to synchronize all its components and it determines the speed at which the computer can pull data from its memory and perform calculations. Computing power also includes how fast data is transferred from one device to another and how much time the signal takes to be rerouted back to the device. Technical innovations in the field of communications and computing power never come to a halt. In this paper, Problems with current technology and the innovations in each field will be well elucidated.
